The Royall Retreat is our spacious and detached bungalow with it's own river frontage (not on main river) situated adjacent to the main boatyard, two minutes walk from the large bustling village centre of Wroxham/Hoveton. The property comfortably sleeps 6 and comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 double & 1 twin), lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and conservatory.
From the patio windows in the lounge there is a covered verandah, a small grassed area, river frontage and wooden decking ideal for fishing from. There is ample car parking at the rear of the property. This property is ideal for both summer and winter use. An ideal base for exploring the beautiful Norfolk countryside by car or boat or just for relaxing and enjoying the slow pace of Norfolk life!
This property comes with a free super day launch (you only pay for fuel used - £35 fuel deposit to be paid on arrival) which is ideal to either fish from or simply chug along the river exploring the surrounding area. In addition a rowing or sailing dinghy is available for hire at £35 per week.
Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking allowed anywhere inside the property.
The start day for your Royall Retreat holiday is Saturday with takeover time of 1pm.
